Thank You, I have made every effort to remove gluten from our diets (my boys suffer from migraines), Rice flour is naturally gluten free. I would rather control the processing myself. This way I can !

hi.i was wondering if i soak and drain rice and then dehydrate it..will it be ok to grind it then?or it must be slightly wet to grind and THEN dry as flour?also whats best rice for flour?short or medium or long grain and if same instructions apply for brown rice flour because i just made brown rice flour by grinding unsoaked rice and it got a bit heavy and gritty...should it be fluffy?thats what soaking does?thank you and sorry for many questons

She done everything in the video. I made it successfully exactly how she did it. I know I can buy rice flour in market. Too many Asian stores in Manchester but I'd rather make at home and learn how to make. I didn't air out for 1 day. I did 2 days. She said at end you don't have to air dry it, you can do in a pan on low. When cool you can store upto 2 months.
