Thank You, I have made every effort to remove gluten from our diets (my boys suffer from migraines), Rice flour is naturally gluten free. I would rather control the processing myself. This way I can !

What a gracious presentation! Thank you for sharing. My question is why soak and dry the rice rather than just making flour from rice "out of the bag"? Does the soaking and drying serve a purpose?

hi.i was wondering if i soak and drain rice and then dehydrate it..will it be ok to grind it then?or it must be slightly wet to grind and THEN dry as flour?also whats best rice for flour?short or medium or long grain and if same instructions apply for brown rice flour because i just made brown rice flour by grinding unsoaked rice and it got a bit heavy and gritty...should it be fluffy?thats what soaking does?thank you and sorry for many questons

worldsailor1982 Hi....the length of the rice can be short or medium....you should dry the rice before grinding....hope it will help

She done everything in the video. I made it successfully exactly how she did it. I know I can buy rice flour in market. Too many Asian stores in Manchester but I'd rather make at home and learn how to make. I didn't air out for 1 day. I did 2 days. She said at end you don't have to air dry it, you can do in a pan on low. When cool you can store upto 2 months.

mam, aap kitni sweet ho..aap itni acchi se samjti ho jo koi apka bat samaj sakega..mam hamari ghar me tho har waqt sab ingredints nhi rahe,tho aap bataiye chawl se bana hua dher sari pitha recipe..maida (flour) or baking powder,beson se bani hua recipe plz bataiye..
