In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)

Oh my gosh Rosie, I was curious and clicked through to your video of editing the photo for this cake. What a lot of work! I know you say it's pretty quick but as a "muggle" in this regard I was pretty impressed with your skill as I know that all those decisions and steps would take me forever to do! I have a question. Once rice paper flags are added. Can the cake be placed on fridge? Will the flags wilt once they are in fridge and taken back out to serve? Thank you

It's so beautiful 😍❤️ ma'am.... One of my problems is that whenever I put the rice paper in the baking paper to dry, the baking paper gets stuck and it doesn't want to come out. What can I do about it? Please help me out ma'am🙏😊

hi hun, sorry to hear that! I would suggest spraying some vegetable oil onto the baking paper to help them come off the paper once they dry :)

After these rice papers are dried out at 100F, I assume they are hard as wood and inedible, correct? They are merely for decorative purpose, right?

Hi hun, I personally haven't tried eating them lol! But yes, I would imagine they are just solid pieces that wouldn't taste very nice unless you added some flavouring into the water, along with a sweetener of some kind :) I would suggest 100 degrees Celsius, so that would make it 212F x
