Hi Anne Marie, I just finished making my very first batch of Fairytale Rose body cream. I had a very hard time getting exact measurements on my digital scales. I have two and tried both but just couldn’t get the right measures. I’m hoping it still comes out ok. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes and knowledge. It was stressful but fun at the same time. I love this recipe and have made it several times.. I have tried other fragrance oils and color combinations, usually successfully, but am having some problems with the mica falling out. I've tried blending longer and it doesn't always seem to help. Is there a temp that mica should be added to form a better suspension? Do you blend at a high speed or lower one? Sometimes even if I don't get good color the color falls to the bottom. Any ideas?

I would love to purchase more products from Brambleberry. However, even without this virus thing, it literally can take three weeks to get my order to Kentucky. If I didn't have to wait so long for shipping (which of course, given current events, is taking longer than the usual time anyway.) I won't see my order for over a month. The products are quality, but I don't have time to wait three weeks for an order, which is why I have to get things elsewhere. I seriously have to make a dedicated "brambleberry supply list" and put that in, knowing it can take a month to get to me sometimes. I really wish this would be addressed.

I also shop at Elements Bath and Body, Rustic Escentuals and BeScented.

Question about the preservative: How long would the shelf life be for this body cream without the preservative?
