Wow, I'm glad you chose more than one maker of the month. They have a very creative mind and also considered health and the environment. I am at the playing around point and just making stuff for myself. Not seeing my own business in a million years. Ha ha ha. This stuff is catching on I'm starting to see candle making kits and soap supplies even at the dollar stores.

Wow very inspiring. I have a bramberry kit and have had it a while. Haven’t been able to use it because my job has been so busy over the years. I am taking some time off and plan to try it. A bit nervous with the lye but will watch more of your videos to be more at ease. Also, the start of Bramberry’s business story is amazing and inspiring. One of the most inspiring women’s entrepreneur story.

This is generally helpful but there is no specific info on wick size vs container diameter, good brands of wax or what to look for in wax type. If you have tested these ratios it would be helpful to educate your viewers. I wouldn’t watch a video if I was just going to try every combination myself.

It sounds like there may be a pouring issue or a burn time issue if those things are happening. You may want to reach out for further troubleshooting.

This may not get answered. I just realized the video was made 12 years ago; However, I am curious how to use the rolled MP? Is it a top; or to use with translucent somehow?

You can add it into other bars like a confetti soap or use it as is.

Should I get a square loaf mold or a xtra long soap mold for large amount of production I want to do swirl. For a specific kind of my soap 😊 but chat got isn’t helping much and I would like to know before I make a purchase
@bramble-berry

That is really your preference, a loaf mold is generally easier to work with and cut, but you will not get this same swirl pattern.

Thank you for a thorough how-to. You are an excellent teacher. I’m curious about your recipe - many of the other videos I’ve watched using beeswax, they incorporate coconut oil. Why do you not use it and what’s your opinion on using it? I’m about to make my first candles using beeswax and am feeling unsure about using coconut oil or if I can use straight beeswax. Thank you 🙏🏼
@bramble-berry

Coconut Oil or Coconut Waxes can lower the melting point of beeswax and make it easier to work with. If you would like to use it, you absolutely can, but it is not required.

What happens when people buy it and use it. Will it still get slimy
@bramble-berry
@bramble-berry 9 күн бұрын
That depends on your home and how the soap is stored between uses. If you have a soap dish and good air flow we have not found this soap to get slimy.

I guess the reason why my bottom part is falling apart is because I'm filling it all the way to the top, but I need to stop at the little line inside the disc and not around the edges snd my m8x maybe a little dry 😔

The correct ratio of witch hazel can be difficult to achieve. You may want to add a butter to your recipe to help the powders adhere at room temperature. Shea butter and Mango butter are both good options!
