No one has created the gluten free wrappers as of yet and I think you should create it and get into business selling the gluten free wrappers and you will be very successful please do - you will have many customers. I will tell my family and friends and we will wait for you to start it. You're the perfect person to do it because you look like you're very knowledgeable with making all kinds of wrappers. Thank you so much 🙏!

I think the gluten in the flour makes the wrappers flexible and strong. They might break apart with gluten free flour

Cách thứ 4 là cách truyền thống của việt nam, bề mặt phải thật căng làm 1 lỗ nhỏ để thoát hơi không bị phồng và bột phải dẻo để không bị rách

These methods look so complex - especially the saucepan and cloth method Why not make a smooth batter and pour in pan and cook both sides ? Even rolling out 5 at a time is a good method but should remove each layer whilst still on the hot pan else it becomes difficult
