That slug was so cool. Anyway here's a summary of the video. Chapter 1: Break Get rid of HW. Do it when you finish your work in another class. Do it at lunch. Do it first thing when you get home. Get HW out of the way so that it's not a stresser. Chapter 2: Summer Be active and don't let school be everything. Wake up early so that getting to school on time doesn't stress you out and overwhelm your entire morning. The morning is the most important time of day, it sets the mood for the day. Also join clubs and sports team. By filling your life with more activities, school becomes less big as a part of your life. Joining school clubs or a school team can have this same effect while also making school less associated with stress. Chapter 3: Keep Going Whatever you want to achieve, keep doing it. Write achievements and stories down. This will help you remember happy moments that you know will happen again if you keep at your goals. Remembering these things will motivate you.

For those in school, my personal advice is to crack down on the little things before they become a big problem in the future. It could be a small class assignment or a club meeting, but you must take accountability and finish the job before it consumes and controls you in the future.

what I do is think of school like a video game. you go to boost your knowledge stats but can also boost others like social and stuff by doing little side quests but your main objective is grades. And like you go until your stamina is gone, go home and wait for it to refill, and then go back to complete your main objective

Honestly, for me it’s the opposite. School feels so fun, there’s always something to do, I get to hang out with my friends, and even the stressing and bad things are so much better then just sitting around in my house doing nothing all day like how I always do on summer break. A few days of break are fun, but after that, I just feel depressed, and I can’t really do anything on my own without my mother, so most of the time I just sit there. What I find with summer break, is we waste so much time, and don't do anything valueable. I like to get things to do during summer that are productive. For example I chose one thing to do over summer break and make that my priorty. That could be starting a minecraft world, and see if you have the skills to be able to make it last the whole summer, and grow friendships, as connections are very important in life. It could be learning to code, or making a new buisness. I also think learning new skills is a good thing to do during summer, or even getting ahead at acedemics. Learning new skills is something like learning how to cook, even if you don't do it. The best skill to learn is communication. A good book to read is How to win friends and influence people. Or find a public speeker you like and learn from them personally I like Vihn Giang.

I started highschool this year and I am taking pe, tennis, and I do club soccer on top of all that. Yes the work load is a lot less and I feel a lot more stress free from last year and my anxiety and ocd has gotten better, but I am always so low energy. It feels like I can never catch a break and when I do I’m just tired and exhausted from all these activities. I am making new friends though through these activities which has definitely made it more enjoyable. Highschool is a real big step for me especially coming from a small catholic school with a graduating class of 15 students but I honestly feel like even if getting involved with a lot of things is tiring, it’s improving my mental health and my social life.

I usually enjoy school because during summer break I'm just at home doing nothing, but with school I have work to keep me busy. What I don't like about school is waking up in the morning, that's the main thing that makes me dislike school, during breaks I usually sleep in until around 10, I have to wake up at around 6 for school. Theres these things in my country: grade for your behavior and money for good grades. We do not have lunch breaks. We do not choose our classes, like all classes are mandatory and we do not change our classroom for every subject. We do not have clubs/ afterschool activities. Me being homeschooled means I get nothing but homework 😂 But this is a good way to think about it. If I im behind, the world won’t end. I’ve felt very self conscious this year worrying about whether or my my friends actually like me and want to hang out with me because they never acknowledge the times I say I’m available or not available, but they acknowledge everyone else. It hurts because I don’t want to be the quiet person, it’s just so much pressure. And I feel so stressed out. That’s why it’s so important to have a couple childhood best friends. Because they won’t abandon or leave you. I am just so eager to get out of this last year of school. I don’t like it at all so far. And I know people are saying to enjoy it while it lasts, but I want to get it over with so I can be free. I’m going to do the best I can though, and try to keep my room clean while I’m at it 😅

Its so simple yet it can be hard Just simply focus in class and talk to the teacher I luckily go to a school where they already dont give out much homework or 99% of the time dont even give homework and the teachers actually care for your education and will help you no matter how stupid the question is. Just simply stop going off-task, get off your phone, and do the work in class. Hell, learning/paying attention in class contributes to my studying time too so i dont even study much and still get above average or high grades I literally have so much free-time that like you said in the video, whenever i brainrot myself (relaxing) for 2 hours i always feel like i could be doing more etc. I also need to start taking down notes instead of mental notes because whenever i go to bed i get a billion ideas that keeps me awake at night. It would be nice if i had friends. My school gives out so much homework that many people like myself stay up really late doing it and are late to school because they didn't wake up at 5:30 for the bus. This is a junior high I'm talking about.

All my classes this year have no homework except for AP calculus, and it’s complete do able and I still have time to do other things even with sports ontop of that.
