I’m taking an improv class in 2 weeks to improve my confidence. Improv is all about accepting that you might make mistakes. But you roll with it, and no one remembers when you’re on a new scene in 1-2 minutes. Hell, the mistake might be funnier than doing it right. I’ll leave an update saying how it goes, I’m super excited to get started!

its so refreshing to see someone talk about a topic with such enthusiasm, no bullshit, but actual advice from someone who has clearly gone through it. Loved the video

From my own experience I agree that 1. confidence comes from taking action despite being scared. and another important thing is 2. Putting your ego aside I've experience people at work who after a short amount of experience think they know it all. Spoiler alert they don't. The problem about ego is it makes it hard to get better at sthg. because you are scared for people to find out about your faults. For example your ego is so big you never ask for help at the gym as a beginner so there might be some stuff you do wrong all the time without knowing because of ego. However you can be a confident person and admit that you still have things to get better at and ask for help and learn without the fear of judgement. That is the defintion of real confidence for me, staying humble basically.

Mind-blown! This video aligns perfectly with Habit10x's principle: confidence comes from within. Thanks for sharing! 💥

When I’m scared that people will judge me for trying or messing something up I js tell to myself that even if they will do n talk abt me it’s js kinda sad that their life is so boring they have to talk abt other peoples n i will let them

Man, I don't comment on many videos often, but since i found out about your channel 2 days ago I feel like I've been watching something valuable- not brain rott like i usually do for so many hours a day. I really can't help but admire you that you are trying to live your life and be so positive about it, in times where living is mostly about your phone... Sadly I have huge scrolling addiction, but you really managed to motivate me to do something about it and actually enjoy life. Yesterday I even woke up early and went to store alone, something I would be too scared to normally do! Small steps is really what matters the most! I am not the biggest extrovert, hell i barely even have friends. I am quiet most of the time, scared to even raise my hand in school to ask if i can go to bathroom, so this vid really make me think over- if i should really care?? Thank you so much for doing these vids and keep going! ⭐ (I am not even good at english, and I am sure I made a looot of mistakes! people who speak this language can read and be amused about my lack of skill but they will forget about this in a really short time!)

i really like your videos! i've been feeling held back by social media and the fact that i don't have many friends. transitioning out of high school and into adulthood is quite the lonely experience without friends by my side, but i'm trying my best. and instead of using social media as my escape, i want to use this time of seclusion to grow as a person instead of just wallowing. thanks for the vids!

50k subs! Also yes it’s so stinking cold rn and one more little detail with confidence is actually standing up straight. I used to get mad when people told me that but it makes you look more….confident rather than impish.
