Good information. We don’t usually buy all purpose flour, but we have lately. I’ll mix us up some self rising.

With all the flour I have AP and Bread Flour I don't buy the Self-Rising when I don't use a lot of it. It winds up getting old and I have to throw it out so this is the best thing mix it up as you need it.

Found exactly what I wanted. I never buy all purpose flour and I wanted to change I always bought self-rising. I want to try to figure out how much flour baking powder and salt to measure a 5 pound bag of self-rising. I purchased a 50-pound bag of all-purpose and want to make pizza, cake, and self-rising from that bag of flour to fill my canisters

Thank you so much for watching my video. I did a search online as I have never tried to make that much self rising flour at once. And during my search using G**gle it said it was roughly around 18 cups of flour in a 5 pound bag. But it could also depend on how the bag was packed also. If I see anything else from others I will post the information as it is revealed. If you do a test let me know here so others can see the results.

Thank you for watching my video. It must be my accent sorry if it sounded like something else. It is 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder.
