Welcome to my channel, I appreciate your comment. They call it 7 curry because they are cooking 7 vegetarian dishes. Spinach, pumpkin, katahar, eddoes and Baigan, potato and channa curry, mango curry and Dhal. They are not all curried but back in the days they call all fried vegetables curry too. ✌️❤️🇨🇦🇬🇾
