6 large eggs
1/4 Cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
2 Teaspoon yellow mustard (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then turn off the heat and cover for 10-12 minutes.
2. Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 10 minutes or completely cooled.
3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
4. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth.
5. Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.
6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
7. Sprinkle with paprika for a classic finish.
