Nice, and very practical design! By the way, how did it improve your stability? Can you stand, and cast with confidence on your kayak with this set up?

Yes, the kayak feels more stable with those. I can now stand up more comfortably and cast. It is a quite stable wide kayak by itself but the outriggers make it more stable.

The front basket has two rod holders. I just attached GoPro on a PVC tube and slide it in the rod holder😀
