I ALWAYS watch your channel whenever I feel anxious due to dating/relationship issues and I ALWAYS feel better right away. I can’t tell you how many times I have re-watched some of your videos. The answer: you can't. They left the relationship and they must be the ones that come back to it. All you can do is focus on being a better version of yourself. At some point you'll attract someone better or you'll re-attract your ex. If the ladder occurs you must be prepared for it. You get no credit for the past.; you'll need to investigate if they have done the work to fix their part in the issue that cause the relationship to fail.

They come back so late and so afraid if they dumped you that it's just awkward at least in my experience. Not worth the time if they're not brave enough to try and start a conversation, and sincerely after all we've been through, it's not worth the stigma of restarting a relationship from scratch.

I have broken no contact twice. I was with her for exactly 1 and 1/2 years so I figured hey catch up over a drink, just as two adults, couple months of good NC, no begging or anything, basically gave her the break up. whatever. Thank you for this!!!!! :D I feel so fortunate because when someone or I choose to end the relationship (whether long or short term), I'm so committed to the separation that I would return the other person's belongings and accept the decision - most especially if the other person chose to end it with me. I may seem petty that way but it's my way of moving forward for myself. Btw I once dated a guy for 2months then he chose to end it with me to date other women so I went FULL NO CONTACT, after a year he messages me and I ignore it.... 3YEARS LATER HE CONTACTS ME AGAIN. Of course I still ignored it because by that point, I have completely moved on from him and realised how ugly his personality is. I love the message that the person in this video said how self-improvement was soooo much better!! Thank you again!!

But this is what I don’t like about dumpers, they just assume like we know how to control our emotions like anxiety when it comes to a break up. ESPECIALLY if it was a blindsided break up like mine. It’s just hella unfair to us dumpees. It would be nice if they communicated that they would have considered a second chance if we had just left them alone. I agree. Am going through this mental torture now where it feels like they always move the goal post. In the first week that I came back from spending 6 days with someone, they pleaded for me to understand they weren’t trying to hurt me, that nothing has to change, that we can still have more memories etc. Thst was in week 1. They didn’t understand why it has to be all or nothing ….and I said at the time anything less than all will end up at nothing. Now here we are 3 months later and it feels emptier than ever.

Yes ex does come back but it's 1 out of 10. I dumped my girl after 3 months of relationship and I went back to her after a month and now after 4 years she dumped me. 😂. She says that she lost her feelings and that she keeps remembering the bad things that i did while we were together and so on. She said that i did not support her, value her and she didn't feel comfortable. Now she has blocked me. I tried to save what we had. After reading comments about the success story, it's mostly the boys that come back. Lost hope that she will be back. I'm happy now after begging and doing all those things for 40 days after the break up.

Women do create a lot of their own drama and misadventure in relationships. By trying to find fault, they inevitably find it. When a guy likes them, he's "clingy". When he doesn't "he's too distant". They'll dismiss a decent guy for his choice of shoes and spend their lives chasing abusers. They'll have dating profiles full of messages from men that they don't read and think they're too good for. And then they hit their mid 40s and ask "where are all the good men?" and go on to blame men for the fact that they're single. As a guy it's incredibly frustrating to be on the other side of this complete shit show. Society has taught women they can always do better - nay, they "deserve" better. "I don't need a man" is the catch cry. Women without a single positive attribute to their name start their sentences with "I deserve a man who..." and they give little thought on what they offer in return, if anything. Good and decent men are being routinely put through the ringer while women chase only the top 1 percent of men and wonder why those men "play them". Sorry for the rant, but that's the situation we find ourselves in in 2022 and it's leading to a lot of unhappy men and women.

Okay I understand this but what I don’t get is why this girl couldn’t have told him this is 100% over, please stop with the chasing? My ex dumped me and ghosted me without any reasoning or discussion whatsoever. It left me with immense guilt, anxiety, stress, lack of sleep, etc. all I want is a conversation and to part ways amicably but she won’t spare any time to talk to me. How hard is that? I’ve come to the realisation that, even if we were to reconnect in any way in the future, I would never, EVER, forgive her for this. Never. To wilfully treat somebody like this, force them to feel so low, guilty, depressed, for MONTHS, and all it would take is 5 minutes of her time to settle things and part ways properly? It is 100% inexcusable behaviour that I did not deserve. Had I cheated or been abusive, I would understand. But we never even argued. In the span of a year and a half, my ex wife (married for 23 years)has told me she still loves me after spending a couple of nights with me, went back to her rebound, started seeing someone behind his back and got engaged to him after eight months of dating him. He has offered to buy her a Lexus, sell his house to pay off hers and spends a ton of money on her. I don't think I can make her want me again.

But can you do a segment on the attachment to our phones and social media/texting in groups/ effecting how we think about our ex? i noticed when i am obsessively on my phone it effects my mood drastically and i begin to go crazy/depressed and angry and tend to think of my ex(ik this sounds absolutely crazy) but i have noticed the difference between when im off my phone and on it a lot especially the days where i keep looking every 10 min i feel like i need to throw my phone across the room. is this how my ex feels about me LOL. anyways just a thought. love your work and would like to say you've helped me through my breakup a lot. i listen to all your videos and they soothe my anxiety! I was once the anxious partner that blew the whole chance of the relationship out of the water before it was even close to setting sail 😁 and now I do understand the dynamics quite a bit but it is ironic how when you are doing the anxious things... Great video. Im in a situation where my ex broke up with my over text and i accepted it and went No contact. Although, i never said "let me know if you change your mind/my door is open" etc etc. Now she contacts me asking for a polaroid she wants back. we are meeting for coffee and i plan to talk for a bit just on how we are both doing. nothing serious. Then when i leave hand the photo to her with a note that says "if you ever change your mind and want to rekindle things, reach out let me know my door is open." Hopefully the note wont turn her off, im not including a any of that bullshit you see in other "Ex back" letters. Wish me luck

I feel lost. My wife filed for Divorce 4months ago. Been struggling so much. We have been together for 17yrs. Only ever spent 1 week apart. Due to new rules in the UK you dont even have to go to marriage counselling. What makes it worse is we have two houses and I live across the road. I wish I could go no contact but we have a dog together. I have until Monday to decide which house to own. The one i bought for her future or the family home with all the memories. I wish I could go no contact but I get txt messages and phone calls regarding clean break paperwork etc hard to not show any emotions when you think they just want to chuck 17yrs away and not even try. The 17yrs together we have had only had 4 fights together and quickly made up. Like usual cases, she had thought about it for a while. Is very cold and numb with feelings. Just cares about the house and starting a new life.....
