Hi Kathy, yes you can. I would suggest wrapping it in waxed paper and then place it in a zip lock bag and then place it in the freezer.

Do the eggs make it creamy? I ask because no matter what o do, my mac and cheese NEVER comes out creamy. Or is it the Velveeta or both? HELP!

I believe it’s the Velvetta that makes it creamy, the eggs help hold things together so that it’s not runny.
