This is how I like mine and I'm glad I found this recipe I know one kind of cheese that adds the best flavor that nobody seems to be using is Cooper White cheese it has a edge to it like not to sharp but not bland either. Im going to try this one but try with Cooper.

I've watched dozens of mac and cheese recipes and this is the first one that I think I'm going to like just by looking at the finished product. After it's baked we can see it's creamy, but firm, no some stringy greasy soupy mess. THIS one looks good.

Made it for a group of ten for Thanksgiving, was a success! Made it the night before and heated it up the next day. Heated it for about 20 mins at 325 degrees with the aluminum foil on. Was perfection. My favorite type of mac n cheese. Thank you!!

I made this for Easter, and it was probably the best macaroni & cheese we ever had. Thank you for providing this recipe. I have some leftover because there were only 3 of us. This reminds me so much of how my grandad used to make his! I add a bit of Italian Seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper. The key to his was he would over season his milk a bit because when you add the eggs and pasta, the seasoning/salt will be reduced.
