How to Make Spicy Chili Crisp | Cook It!

Lets make some chili oil also known as chili crisp. This is my favorite condiment for adding to noodles, meat and vegetables, its uses are endless. Lots of heat but packed full of flavor. There are many variations of this oil and this is our version of this versatile sauce.

I've never tried making my own chili crisp because I've always has some at the store.... I might start experimenting with different kinds of peppers

The last time I used this much hot pepper for a recipe, my hand felt burned for 24h . Use some plastic glove or be careful to avoid touching to much pepper juice or seed! It can hurt like hell
