@@SchoolofWok what oil do you fry the spring rolls in? Peanut? Sesame? Please don't say ¥•|÷^€• soy. The unfood.

Why don’t people use more 3 L deep fat fryer is very cost-effective and there’s no chance of causing a fire as they used to be in the old days it controls the temperature and gives you a good result I think for health and safety it’s a good idea from Lovat in Arbroath Scotland thanks again cheers bye
@ph11p35404 жыл бұрын
@@LovatClement Let's see, they are specialized, occasional use small appliance that takes up a lot of counter space. They are just as dangerous as a wok full of hot oil. Wok fires are very vast and easy to put out by placing a handy lid on the wok. Once the fire is out you can immediately resume frying. A wok takes seconds to clean and maybe a minute to thoroughly clean. Most deep fryers are a major pain to clean and there is more oil to store carefully to prevent odor buildup or the oil risks going rancid after a month. Good deep frying takes a large deep fryer with a minimum 4 qts of oil and should be fried at two temperatures in a twin basked deep fryer with separate temperature to reduce oil absorbed into the food. Personally, I grew tired of my previous two deep fryers and decided to go for a well designed computerized air fryer oven and never looked back.

Thank you, Chef Jeremy. I really love how you are an honest chef. I can see people looking at this thinking you are not a great chef because you didn't orgasm over your dry beef. You were honest, and just said it still had flavour, which was true because you drained all the liquid from the pan, so you couldn't have said it was melt in your mouth, as some TV chefs would have. Also with the spring roll pastry, you showed that you can't roll up a 💯 all tucked in sides of pastry perfectly, each and every single time, unless of course you are a machine or doing it every day for a living, but I'm pretty sure you cook other stuff.
