Hey! Just finished my mask this weekend and it looks great! thank you so much for the outline and the instructions on how to use and put everything together! its been great working on it and i m very proud of it. My only recommendation is to reverse the silver painting and the grey painting. I did it this way because it required less masking tape and made it easier in my opinion to paint. For the eyes i actually went to the dollar store and got some colored clear dividers those worked really well plus you can stack them if you want a darker red or a lighter red eye :D all and all thank you for the lovely tutorial and the templates it was a fun project! can't wait to see what other builds you do.

That's an amazing mask. And thank you for making it out of materials that we can actually find and/or already have. You did an amazing job, but I have one question: I intend on making this mask and I was wondering if you maybe have an idea as to how I can mask the cardboard texture a little more? Maybe add more paper mache? Thank you!

So I made my mask, I put the first coat of gold on and I noticed that I can see every small nic, detail that I don't want seen, I just want a smooth surface. Is there any kind of base paint I could use to help smooth it out and spray gold over it?
