Hello my dear, this is so fluffy, so munchy, so delicious! I have tried all dumpling methods and believe me over 10 years i have tried the traditional way, the swag way😜! nothing really worked. its either the dough is brown on the outside and uncooked on the inside and really killing my joy even when i want to surprise my husband and kids😲! This past Sunday i ran across your video and followed very carefully all the instructions and my dumpling was soooooooo heavenly! I did it again today cause everyone is calling for some more😜😛! Hi Thato, my dumbling came out perfectly, thank u, did not have a foil so I covered with the other pan, I have 2, so that's an option for when there's no foil in ur kitchen😊🎉

Just made this for dinner with some fall off the bone beef stew. My family absolutely loved it. I had to increase the temperature to about 200°C because when I was testing the first batch it needed an extra 10 minutes to be perfect. Then because I was too lazy to make the small balls again, I decided to put the rest of the dough in a small loaf pan instead and it came out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe. I'll definitely be making this again.

@@zandilems4023 Hi Zandile, after kneading you let dough rise for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how hot the day is. Or you can put on your microwave with nothing in it, for 1 minute and then quickly place your bowl in there and let it sit for 20 minutes. Don't put on the microwave
