I did it when I saw your post on fb cooking group, but my banh bao came out so dry, seem like It didnt rise enough. Should I let mine rise for 1 hr instead of 30 mins? Is your dough rise double in size? Mine seem like it doesnt rise at all. Thank you for ur video. ♥️your post in our group♥️

Hiiii! This type of dough doesn’t need to rise it just need to rest so we are not looking for double in size. But if you didn’t have time you can let it rest over 30 mins. As far as rising, there’s a few things , kneading dough, and after machine knead, and boiled hot water. Those will affect the dough. (I went through the non rising etc) hehehe. I hope with this video it will helps .
