Egg replacement video was very informative. This video hits a snag. I am diabetic and take digestive enzymes to help me out with foods I do eat and definitely can't have gluten. I like many others look for no oil or fats in our recipes. So recipes that call for no eggs or fats or gluten is a plus. Not everyone can handle 1-2 cups of sugar in their baked goods regardless of its sugar substitutes or not. I get it your pancreas works perfectly for now. But for those who's it doesn't we need people putting recipes out that can be made without it. Up your baking game for the odd people you literally pushed out on this video please. I like you videos they are comedic

This week my cake batter was runny & it didn't rise at all. Will you plz xplain why this happened & how to fix it? And also xplain why do we add salt in making cake & if it can be omitted.

Ah there are so many reasons why this could have happened. The short of it is that the chemistry is off with the ingredients so I'd review the recipe and try different replacements to see where the trouble is coming from. As for the salt, it offsets the sweetness in desserts so the flavor comes out more complex and delicious instead of being just plain sweet.
