Love your roll vlog, you clean out bowls beautifully and time maximise by not doing needless stuff. You don't like waste, your daughter is not a fussy eater and you use butter. A kindred spirit! Look forward to more of your vlogs, they are inteligent and smart

I followed your recipe and made the most amazing rolls I've always had issues with making rolls for some reason,but your instructions worked out perfectly .I've recently started making my own bread again,we read up on sourdough starter and feed that every day to make the most gorgeous sourdough bread,my latest one was cheese and jalapeno, it lasted a day! It was all eaten very quickly, I should have made two 😂😂

Very interesting. I have been bread-making for fifty years, started during the 'three day week power cuts', and I agree the results at the beginning were....! I have started experimenting with rolls with mixed success. I will try your method.

I'm desperate to get the perfect morning roll recipe, I've been making bread a long time,but rolls seem to beat me. I'm gonna try this method and I'll let you know how it went,my husband assures me I'll never get a good morning roll unless I have a pro oven, I generally put my bread in with a main Marie of boiling water to add steam which is fab
