Classic street vendor snack in Japan, warm soft fish shaped cake with red bean filling. You can also use Nutella and other fillings.

Ingredients:
150 g (5.3 oz, about 1¼ cup) cake flour*
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
200 ml (about ¾ cup) milk**
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
100 g (3.5 oz, 5 Tbsp.) anko/red bean paste*** (Homemade recipe here)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
