Very useful. I used to make it pop with several text layers but this is way better. The only grudge I have it is that still is a very time consuming process. There must be something that automates it…whoever invents it is going to win the internet.

You'll add subtitles different actually! Right click on the left side on hhe edit tab, right wherw track names are. Hit add subtitles track. Then add form there!

7 minuets in a nut shell: you just have to keyframe every single word by yourself, and if you have a 10 minute long video, oh man...

@@learner246 yeah because how would resolve know when a word ends in vocals, and then pair it up with keyframes. That would be extremely hard to code and very buggy.

@@learner246 The easiest way I've found is to write the text out beforehand in graphics. Add cuts to the moment you say each word, and then simply disable those words until it comes to the cut.

Nah, just edit the text and keyframe it however you like. Then alt+drag the same text and simply edit the text to match what you are saying

Hi, I have a question. I connected the animation of line and text mask and it was very convenient to animate one node and animation of another one was following. When I do it now the line is positioning in the center of the text mask. Earlier, I could reposition text masks to place it in the right positioning for revealing text right after the line goes. My actions are 1. Line animation 2. Create rectangle mask 3. Choose the rectangle mask and in the inspector right-click on (Center XY) and choose path 1==>position. Now, this 2 element are connected and the animation of the text mask follow the line. But the line in the center of the rectangle which makes the text reveal the wrong way. Before, I could position the left edge of the rectangle on the line and text was revealed right after the line. What I do wrong? I know there are other options to match the animation of 2 nodes but I have found this option, this is convenient but I can not repeat it now:( All day try to figure out what is wrong....will not give up until I found the decision. Anybody please help.

hey billy, im having A LOT of issues with davinci resolve fusion. some of the nodes are buggy for example i put some trails on my clip but i dont like it and i try to put it a off but the effect will stay even if i put the size to 0,00. and compositing im having some weird problems with that too for example i put a video on top of a video and the clip will be in a strange position and wont go back. and more. you having these too?

Hey man, I am not having any issues, Here are a few trouble shooting steps for you! 1. Make sure nodes are connected and in the right inputs 2. Nodes dont stack like layers, but they do stack left to right, Meaning from the media in to out. 3. Make sure your system can actually handle the load, if you dont have enough processing power then you will inherently run into issues.
