• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips

1️⃣ 00:00:26 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a metal 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ 00:00:42 - Pour melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth, 30 seconds.
3️⃣ 00:01:13 - Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk 1 minute.
4️⃣ 00:01:35 - Whisk in melted chocolate until combined and smooth.
5️⃣ 00:01:58 - Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Stir in whole chocolate chips.
6️⃣ 00:02:43 - Pour into prepared pan and smooth out.
7️⃣ 00:03:01 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan 30 minutes before slicing.

My friend gave this to me, and I'm a bit picky with my brownies: not too fudgy and not too cakey. The brownies I tasted included a mix of both, leaning a lot more to the fudgy side. @@user-gq5vs2eg9j yess! measure all the ingredients to the dot. for more specific measurements, use a measuring scale. but i cut the sugar down by a few tbsps cuz with the milk chocolate it got too sweet and always make sure to use room temp eggs. i also added like a pinch of baking powder to mine and that made it even better

I made these brownies according to recipe and they turned out beautiful and delicious. I did not have a 9 X 9 metal pan but had an 8 X 8 dark glass pan. They took 35 minutes instead of 30 to cook. They are what I like to call moreish as you want to eat the whole pan after having just one. Excellent recipe and easy instructions. This one is a keeper.

Made this recipe today and, as I expected, they were delicious!! Love the milk chocolate variety versus the traditional semisweet chocolate. Admit that I made one small change to the recipe - I added 2 Tsp of instant espresso coffee powder to the butter/egg/sugar mixture before adding in the chocolate.
