I always had problems getting the perfect brownie. I am a young baker who adores baking where it has come to an obssesion, so of course i research and watch cooking and baking videos a lot. I always watch videos promising the best brownies but they never fulfill their promise. So, i usually watch your videos and after 2 years of posting this video, i found it yesterday, of course i had to try it and the results were shocking. They were the Best, Rich, Best, Fudgy, Best, Indulgent, Yummy Brownies ive ever made of course they were gone in less than a day, so right now they are in the oven baking AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH GEMMA, KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK GIRL!!!

I made these for the first time last night and took them to a church fellowship and they were ALL GONE within 30 minutes of being there! Mind you, there was a lot of store-bought baked goodies. My husband also really loved them. He said "he went to heaven for a minute" while eating a piece :D Truly, a great brownie recipe!! Thanks again Gemma!!

HI Gemma, I made this today for my Sisters Birthday and gosh it came out perfect, I doubled the amount, however I ommitted 2 cups of sugar and yet it yielded amazing results! Me & my daughter made this today. Helped her with the ingredients & measure and she got to whisk & mix it together & bake it. The most difficult phase was the 2 hour wait to let them set & cool down. Getting devoured very quickly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Don't think they will last the night. Thank you for your recipes explained step wise so nicely. Next step will be making a cake.

I just made these today and they did not disappoint they were so good and rich and not overly sweet with all of the dark chocolate it really balanced out the sugar. I topped mine with a simple homemade cream cheese icing and I was in heaven. This was my first time making brownies from scratch and I'll never go back these were truly decadent.

*I HAVE MADE THESE 4 TIMES NOW, IT IS BECOME MY GO TO RECIPE! AMAZING. I also kept a bag in my freezer of the outside inch I cut off, I thawed them and soaked them in rum, rolled them into balls and dipped them in chocolate... Ive never had so many people so impressed. This is the best ever brownie recipe indeed! I made a big batch this weekend for some of my boyfriend's relatives and friends and all of them agreed that these where the best brownies they ever had. I added chopped walnuts and served it warm with a scoop of vanilla- caramel ice cream. Even room temperature they're great. Thanks for the recipe, greetings from Spain! 💕
