How to make the best fatoush, lebanese salad with fried breadسلطة فتوش

Fatoush is a Lebanese salad and Iraqis make it often. the key is in the dressing and the fried bread which add an interesting and flavoursome crunch to the salad.
for the dressing you need,
half a lemon juice
1 tsp sumaq powder
1 tsp dried mint
half a tsp salt
1 tso sugar
1-2 tbs olive oil
mix well and combine your thinly chopped ingredients to the dressing and mix well. add the fried bread/croutons to the top
