How to Make the Best Fish Roll | Fish Roll Recipe!

Ingredients:
For the filling
1 fried mackerel fish
1 carrot grated
1 medium onion chopped
2 spring onions chopped
1 habanero pepper finely chopped
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp fish seasoning powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
2 to 3 tbsp oil for frying.
For the dough:
3 cups of all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar (Optional)
Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp salt
Tbsp unsalted butter
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 cup of water, some flour absorbs differently.
Enough vegetable oil to deep fry
