I made this salad last year for the Christmas party. Everyone was very pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was and everyone asked me to make it again this year. The strawberries I bought had initially no aroma . But the salad dressing greatly enhanced the taste. So everyone asked me where I found such tasty strawberries in December. 😊 Thank you very much!

My mom makes a very similar fruit salad but she adds a bunch of chopped mint leaves to it! It adds a nice unexpected extra element of freshness!

Great video. I want to encourage everybody to eat the core of the pineapple. It's full of bromelain. The Bromelain enzyme is generally found in the stem or core of a pineapple and helps to digest food by breaking down the protein particles within it. Promoting a healthy digestive system, it’s great for a natural detox and has also been known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-clotting properties.

This is one of the best videos. I like how you showed us how to cut each Fruit into bite sizes, what I would've done is. Make a full bowl of chopped Fruits to last the full 5 days a week, but don't add the dressing to the bowel. Only add the dressing to the Fruit salad I'm gonna be eating that day, that way the remaining Fruits in the bowl stays fresh for the week.

Several tablespoons of Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, several tablespoons of sugar or cane sugar syrup or simple syrup, two bunches mint leaves, a splash of triple sec, lemon & key lime liqueur. Blend one of mint leave bunches with the liquids. Add in individual mint leaves and a few vanilla beans. Mix well with fruit. Cover and allow to marinate for 24 hours, mixing the ingredients every 6 hours.

I took a pineapple tour in Hawaii and they say the best way to pick a pineapple is the more the prickly prongs are poking out the more ripe. And then palm the bottom and gently squeeze to make sure not over ripe and soft.

Yesterday I prepared a fresh pineapple and told myself that from now on I am only getting frozen pineapple. I wasted so much of the fruit by trying to cut out all of the sharp pieces. After watching this video I now know how to prepare pineapple with no waste, so thank you.

If it's not going to be eaten right away you need to make sure pineapple doesn't turn brown/black if it's for next day or few days mango also will darken. I always do my apples mango peaches in another bowl sitting in while i finish cutting up rest of fruit
