that has been passed down to me by my great-great aunt from a small village called Mesini in Greece.
This traditional Greek dish is made with spinach and feta cheese mixed together and layered in homemade crunchy phyllo pastry.

►INGREDIENTS:
FILLING:
450g (1 large package) BABY SPINACH
250g SLICED LEEKS (2 leeks)
2 CUPS FRESH CHOPPED SCALLIONS (GREEN ONIONS)
1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED DILL
1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
1 SMALL ONION DICED
4 LARGE EGGS
1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
250g CRUMBLED GREEK FETA
1/2 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
SALT AND PEPPER
PHYLLO:
350g ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP OIL (ANY OIL WILL DO)
SALT
1 CUP OF WARM WATER

I notice you only had one layer of filo on top and bottom . Some recipes say 2 to 4 layers . Maybe your filo pastry is thicker than theirs . It looks amazing anyway !
