How To Make THE BEST Lemon Loaf Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp lemon zest (or zest of two large lemons)
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
glaze (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
garnish with lemon zest (optional)

I finally got around to making this today. It came out amazing! I didn't see where you mentioned the temperature. I went with 350°. Also, I added poppy seeds to the batter. So yummy!!!!
