I wanted to make Pad Thai, had the ingredients on hand, but didn't know how to cook it. I found this video and followed the cooking directions of this video. I made a separate sauce too but added a little distilled white vinegar to make it a little tangy. It was my first ever attempt at making pad thai and it was a success! I didn't have the pickled radish but the noodles still came out good. Thank you so much for this great instructional video.
One of the best way to make Pat Thai. Simple and tradition. Very good indeed.

Wow!! I tried this recipe today and it was so damn good!!!!!!!!!!!!! I kept going back to the kitchen for couple extra batches for me and family. My gf and I agree it's the best Pad Thai we've ever had. The only thing I did extra was to add paprika, chilli sauce and shrimp for that color to pop a bit more.

But is it possible to make video on English and write a recipe(or at least name of products) in Thai language in subject... This I think should be comfortable for many people and for farang PERFECT! sayuri Ma Pad Thai is actually Lao Khua Mee with different name. Lol. Vietnamese Pho is actually Lao Fer, Fer is a Lao word for noodles soup also call Mee, Sen Mee, Fer is made from Mee, Sen Mee noodles. Lao also invented Khao Soy, Khao Poon, Khao Piak, Khao Piak Sen, Mee Ka Tee, Tua Nao paste, Khao Tom, Nam Khao, Sai Ua, Or Lam, Jeow Bong, Soup puck, Soup puck salad, Soup Gai, Soup nor mai, Gang Pa, Gang Gai, Gang nor mai, Mok Pa, Mok Gai, Mok nor mai, Larb Pa, Larb Gai, Larb Moo, Larb Goong, Tum Som, or Tum mark hoong, Som puck... Thai-land itself was named after Tai-kadai speakers ppl aka Lao, ( Gelao, Ai Lao, Rau, Liao ), speakers ppl back in 1949.

cant wait to make this thank you for the RIGHT ingredients. subscribed and liked (those ppl who are irritated at bilingual recipies can just go somewhere else, I know this one is quite authentic. Sounds like my friends resturant when they talk in the kitchen...llol I LOVE it
