In a bowl grate 1/2 butternut squash (2 cups)
Add 2 cups of grated coconut
Add 1 cup of corn meal
Add 1 cup of brown sugar
Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Add 1 tsp ground black pepper
Add a pinch of salt
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence
Mix well
Add to a baking dish brushed with coconut oil or butter
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry
