200-300g - Freshly Grated Coconut
100g - Butter/Margarine
1 cup - Cornmeal
1 1/2 Cups - Granulated White Sugar
2 Tbs - Ground Cinnamon (Cinnamon Powder)
1 Tbs - Ground Mixed Spice
1 1/2 tsp - Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp - Salt - (optional or can be adjusted to Taste)
2 Tbs - Vanilla Essence (Vanilla extract) - Adjust to personal taste
