How to Make the Perfect Fried Fish Jamaican Style!

This is my video that’ll show you exactly how to fry your fish to perfection! No more fish breaking apart or sticking to the pot!
For each fish I used a teaspoon of
-adobo
-onion and garlic powder
-seafood seasoning
-fish seasoning
-black pepper
I cut up 2 whole onions, a handful of pimento, and 1 carrot to top it with.
I used 1 cup of oil to fry all the fish
