If you haven't tried it yet, make some fermented garlic in honey and use it in place of sugar for mixtures like that or dipping sauces! So good!

It’s not Korean, the cutting technic is completely Chinese, that’s some traditional Chinese culinary knife work. As for the ingredients, ppl HERE in America use gochugaru because they don’t have access to Chinese chili flakes. The influencers opt out to some Korean seasoning doesn’t make the recipe/cooking style Korean. And a little history lesson for you, chilies first got into China, then passed to Korea. Chinese chili powders existed long before the Korean ones.
