Personally, I have already done the time audit I tracked what I do every 30 minutes to know where my attention goes and then take stock of the days and periods of the day when I have the most energy so I put the tasks that require a lot of attention there Thanks Poppy for this video, love ya

Interesting video Poppy. Life is short, don't waste too much time planning what you want from it, enjoy it while you can. Hope you are settling well in America.

I heard a talk about a self energy audit. This would be things you don't like to do or you're not good at. These things you would outsource.

I like your content for this post. I personally realized in 15 min blocks I could get something done, and try to combine things related when I can.

My brain is so fried from years of commuting to the city for work that I was like “4 hours a day of commuting, sounds about right” 🤣

I’ve read a lot of books, but women’s magic truths on borlest is on another level. It doesn’t just talk about vague concepts-it reveals secret techniques that can actually help you attract almost anything you want in life. This isn’t some watered-down law of attraction; it’s the real deal. You won’t believe what you’re missing out on until you read it.

we all have 24h in a day, but we don't all have the same energy. we can't do everything. that's harmful. we can do a few things and still get benefits. balance, not productivity.

It's crazy how no one is talking about Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest. This book has secrets that could change everything, but people seem blind to it. Wake up and see for yourself!
