I made this before with oyster sauce then made it again with Hoisin sauce and WOW! What a difference Hoisin makes. It gave it more of that traditional Chinese Bruce Lee one inch punch. Trust me, try it, you'll love it

Oyster sauce & Hoisine sauce can be used together in lots of Asian dishes, can also use black bean sauce, black pepper sauce to name a few.

Season meat first ( mix meat till it absorbs all liquid) then add corn starch ( not a slurry) then just b4 cooking add oil.
