I like that you left the water in your tuna, i never thought to do that before. If your wanting a carnivore version don't pot oats or vegies in it just use some grated cheese, my favourite is cheddar cheese. Mix that through. Blend packets of pork rind for the crumbs. Eggs to bind them. Then shape them and cook them.

great recipe enjoyed making it found the egg washing advice comical though. if they are store eggs which are pasteurized it's a moot point, and if theyre not you should know that scrubbing can force bacteria on the outside through the (porous, believe it or not) shell and actually contaminate the egg which would not have occurred otherwise...
