I love tuna patties. I live in Australia and my mum used to make these. We call them tuna rissoles. Maybe that's just my family. I'm going to make these tonight. Just feel like them now after seeing your beautiful yummy looking patties. Like that salad too.

Hey Rachel, I'm on an "Extreme" budget, but I love croquettes. I've done canned beef, salmon, canned chicken, & now I wana try tuna. Since I can rarely afford eggs, I've found a substitute: 1 egg=1Tbs cornstarch, 2 TBS water. It works perfectly! I add flour Instead of breadcrumbs, but I'm old, old school. They come out so tasty & crusty. Love ur videos!!!

I remember my mother making tuna patties during Fridays of Lent and especially on Good Friday. Growing up Catholic we fasted from meat on Fridays which I still observe. My mother has since passed.
