1 - Dem (Tea): You can think of “dem” as “straight tea”. It technically refers to the very strong “tea” part of Turkish tea, but it is not the servable form of it. Adding boiled water to “dem” turns it into servable tea. Note that “dem” is okay to drink without adding water, but it may taste too strong and is usually not preferrable.
2 - Yiğit (Brave Soul): It refers to young, courageous and heroic men. It is also a common given name.
