For coconut cream, store the cans upside down in the fridge. Then when you open them (right side up) you can just pour the liquid out and the cream will be left behind.

Based on how we make tiramisu in my family, I'd say this would be really perfected if you baked the cake to be almost overcooked (so it was more crunchy like a lady finger cookie). Then what we do is dunk the "lady fingers" right into the espresso mixture so it's really evenly coated. :)

I made this Tiramisu! So so good! I did have a question. My cream layer was pretty light and didn’t really hold up it spilled from the sides (I didn’t have a completely rectangular pan unfortunately) and it also soaked up into the cake at some parts versus having all the layers nicely layered like yours. Is there any way to make the cream easier to use? I wonder if I blended the coconut cream too much, if I should have kept my cream in the fridge a bit before layering and if a square pan would eliminate the cream spilling over and being soaked up. Ofc that’s just for aesthetics, the cake tased BOMB!!! 😍

I went to dine to Loving Hut in San Jose, CA which is a vegan restaurant. They serve vegan tiramisu and tasted even better than dairy based tiramisu, so yes it is possible!

I don't know about the US, but in Germany there's a brand for baby bisquits that is accidentally vegan (Bebivita Baerenkekse). Those replace traditional lady fingers perfectly :)

If you whip the coconut cream long enough, it will double in volume and get fluffier and lighter.
