OMG! We have such a similar background! I'm originally from SF. I was a professional singer / songwriter / musician. Gigging 5 - 7 nights a week and recording. Then I moved to West Australia where there was only two places with live music, 2 nights a week. So my new career became.... drum roll... Real Estate Sales! That was 30 years ago! I'm really trying hard to create an online presence with video. But I confess I'm not the sharpest tool in the tech shed!!! Rearranging iMovie clips is my crisis today! I see I should've organised my content better from the start. By the way, I'm going to stalk your videos now. Hehehe.
