Might consider cutting back on Daikon because it has a slight pungent odor AND add less sugar to prevent the process of fermentation?

Please líst the formula for the mixture to soak carrots and white radish
@MidnightCravings3 жыл бұрын
Ratio 2:1 , 2 cups of water to 1 cup of vinegar. Add in 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture, stir and pour when done. Realistically you would need more than just a cup or two, I use 4 cups of water to 2 cups of vinegar in my mixture to fill up the container.

@@airishviscara2326 Store them in the fridge and it's ready to eat the next day. No fermentation involved the vinegar and the sugar give it a tad of sweetness with some acidity. Goes really well with Banh Mi or any other sandwiches like pull pork, etc.
