Wagashie is popular amongst the fulani's as it is made out of cow's milk and they are known for cattle farming. I call it the Ghanaian cheese or even the African cheese as it can found in other parts of Africa. We use it in stews, soups, sauces and can also be eaten on its own deep fried with suya spice or any dip of your choice.
INGREDIENTS
4 litters of fresh full fat milk
1 cup of white vinegar( substitute vinegar for lemon juice)
salt to taste
