You coud export as Layers to files as a quicker solution? Or is that not a good option?

Great video - thanks. What about color? Are these all created as RGB - so that when the client prints them out the colors will change right? Depending upon printer, paper etc. and they aren't CMYK (color for print). Do you have a disclaimer on Etsy about color variations? Thanks!
@SandraEide4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I usually make my etsy products RGB because a lot of online printers (surprisingly) won't take cmyk. So when I used to make cmyk products I would have customers asking me why the printers wouldn't accept it. The color does change slightly but I haven't had issues as I put a disclaimer that every printer/paper will display colors differently.

May I ask, is there a specific reason you export in stead of "save as"?
@SandraEide4 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes, you can do either way but eport as guick png is less steps. Whenever I do save as I have to change the file type, location etc each time

Hi! I thought maybe You could help me... After I delete my background, some of my clipart leaves become transparent... Like some of it erases with background, although I have them selected. I don't understand where the problem is... It's no problem if my background is white, but when I make it something else, then these transparent leaves are not pretty at all because some places are black for example.. Could you suggest anything? Like.. what am I doing wrong. :((

It could be the threshold of opacity that is removing the lighter bits and pieces because the selection tool thinks the lighter parts are white. When you are using the magic eraser tool and selecting with the lasso tool, you'll see in the top toolbar on Photoshop a place that says "Tolerance", try moving the tolerance to a lower number so that it will grab onto less pixels. When it is higher it will identify more pixels to remove.

Could this be done on Procreate instead of photoshop?
@SandraEide4 жыл бұрын
You could probably erase all the white background in procreate but it would be very time consuming. I would recommend photoshop for a streamlined workflow.

The website remove.bg is awesome for removing backgrounds. I just learned about it. It’s fast, and it’s free. I’ve had much better success with it than I had on Lunapic where I’d spend so much more time erasing negative space within letters.
