There are so many traditional ideas and beautiful creation which we should learn and exchange from each other, beautiful and informative "Girl" & video, can I use normal yeast instead of your herbal yeast coz' I don't think I'll find those herbs in Delhi.
@Narovillagelife3 жыл бұрын
The process of making factory yeast and traditional yeast is a totally difference but I think normal factory yeast will be the same so, you can use it in this process it's OK. BTW thanks for the above beautiful line GBU. 🙏!

Sister thanks a lot for showing us how to make wine. Can u plz write down this recipe below so that I can fully understand everything. I want to know how long to keep the jamun mixed with water and yeast and when to strain it. Also do we need to add rum or brandy to it once it is ready for bottling. Greetings from Karnataka.
@Narovillagelife3 жыл бұрын
OK first of I am not a professional wine maker but this is my traditions so if u compare with other wine making process maybe be it will wrong but according to my traditional methods, we keep around 21 - 25 days and after that Strain out and store it on another container an can keep for ageing how much longer duration you want. And remember do not bottled after 21 days or a month it will burst the bottle. If u r in hurry, you can brewed after 21 days. (But long duration is recommended) And lastly, no rum or brandy were added. Thank you very much 🙏

I have made the same. But my question is how to verify absence of methanol?
@Narovillagelife3 жыл бұрын
While fermentation of yeast with fruits and sugars it is naturally formed alcohol which is call "ethanol" not "methanol" so ethanol is a drinkable it is not poison and alcohol percentage can be measured through hydrometer. Thank you

Very good ! How yeast is homemade How many days the wine will remain good, no getting stale
@Narovillagelife4 жыл бұрын
Yeast is made with 6 different types of herbs and rice flour. For wine, after one month store in an air tight container and can last long up-to years and years. Thank you.
