My husband made three trees for me! They turned out so great! I absolutely love them! He then made a set for our daughter-in-law and he's making a set for his mom. I wish I could find a large wooden snowflake, but unfortunately Hobby Lobby sold out! 😢 Thanks for a great project Nick! It's not allowing me to post a picture, but just know they look amazing! Those trees are beautiful! How much wood- pieces of lumber did you actually use?

That’s one thing that I don’t know for sure because I was using mostly extra pieces that I had. If I had to guess, you could make 1 tree with 2 fence planks and 2 eight foot 2x4’s… However, that all depends on the size of tree you are wanting to make.

Hmmm I finally followed Robert's advice and took WoodPrix instructions. It's great for beginners, and has some advanced stuff too.
