3:06: "3 minus 1 to get the centre value" - I don't think that's the centre value - you are just finding the width. The centre would be (A+B)/2 (also divide by the width of the whole window to scale it to the DaVinci system of 0 to 1). I'm working on using the (A+B)/2 system for finding the right coordinates for the tail, although there's a lot of extra jiggling to get it right.

Supercool! How did you make the bubbles pop up all around you like that? It's the exact effect I want to create but with multiple copies of the same image. Total Resolve noob overwhelm and frustration going on here, your insight would be much appreciated!

Each fusion clip is just like any other video clip you add to the timeline. Layer them on top of each other on the Edit page. If you want something behind you, you'll need to do some rotoscoping. It's pretty simple, but it does take time to learn it all. I'm learning Houdini today, I feel your pain.

@@dabblerlabs does davinci tell you what's the problem. If you have the expression identical to yours and it still turns red, could it be something else?

Easiest way would be to just add it on the Edit page to the clip. You could also keyframe opacity on a merge node or use a brightness contrast node and mess with the gain. Lots of ways to do it, depending on what you want.

@@dabblerlabs No problem. I was just curious how you did all the other effects, which expressions you had developped to scale those. Although I assume most expresions would stay the same, just a bigger offset, depending on the figure. And sometimes with square images you would have to take the largest of the width and length and use that one for both.
