Great video,& thanks for showing us how to do this..I was/still am looking for a video that could show me how to braid or weave or twist,(whatever method should work best 4 what I'm hoping to make)to somehow combine several strands of yarn together to hopefully make some super bulky-jumbo guage yarn pref.,that I can then use to hand/finger crochet a chunky blanket. I don't have & can't afford enuf jumbo yarn to make a throw even rn.,but I do have plenty skiens of reg.types of yarn that are mainly or all 4,med.,worsted.weight,acrylic/acrylic blend mostly I think. I would love to try ur method for other projects,but I think as impractical as my idea already is,I guess I just prob.wouldn't be able to use it for jumbo/chunky blanket right now!?

Thank you. It was helpful. My rope looks good now, but I don't understand the knot. When I tie the knot at the end, it just unravels a lot.

It will unravel a bit. Because we over wind it of course to make sure it is wound. It won’t come all the way undone

After you do this,does it become too stiff/thick 2 use 2 crochet w/a huge hook,or maybe arm/finger or x.lg.guage loom knit?
