No Contact is the only way, do it for yourself and never ever look back. Ex is an ex for an reason. Improve yourself eat, sleep, think healthy, go to the Gym and keep yourself safe from mentally ill people, it's not your responsibility to fix them, they need to fix themselves, they will only hurt you in the long run.

Christine, I really adore your contents as I have been watching you for years now. So, the reason of commenting on this is I had my break-up 10 days ago with my avoidant partner, with whom I spent my last 2.5 years. You exactly popped up with the right video I needed.
